I cannot log in

If you receive an error when trying to log in using your username and password, pay attention to:
  1. Correctness of the chosen keyboard format (chosen language).
  2. Absence of empty symbols when entering (space is considered to be a symbol).
  3. Correctness of your data.

If you are not able to log in while observing the above mentioned conditions, provide data about your previous payments to help@litres.com : transaction number, order number, client ID, payment date, payment amount and the list of purchases. We will reset your password and provide you with a temporary one. Later, you will be able to change it as you want.
