This book is a collection of poems written by Thomas Bailey Aldrich, who is best remembered today for his semi-autobiographical book, 'The Story of a Bad Boy'. There are a great deal of poems featured in this book, with some of them being: 'The Sisters' Tragedy', 'At the Funeral of a Minor Poet', 'The Shipman's Tale', 'Echo-Song', and 'Threnody'.
