This work presents the story of R.E.H Dyer's small campaign with the Sarhad Raiders in 1916 and photographs taken by various officers during the campaign. R. E. H. Dyer was an officer of the Bengal Army and later the newly constituted British Indian Army. His military career started serving briefly in the regular British Army before transferring to serve with the Presidency armies of India. The book includes photographs taken by various officers during the campaign.
