O. Henry, the pen-name for William Sidney Porter, is one of the most famous yet under-rated American writers in history. «Postscripts» may not be his most famous work, however, it is still full of the charm and wit that his fans are used to. This book contains a collection of the writer's columbs for the Houston Post where he was an invited contributor for over six months. The topics of his columns were widely varied, though centered mostly around small-town life. Each page is atmospheric, charming, and full of nostalgia for a simpler time.
