The Great Stone Face

The Great Stone Face is a mystery short story about the adventures of Ernest and the stone face. The local folklore of the valley includes a prophecy that someday a native son would be born within sight of the notch whose features would resemble the Great Stone Face. Ernest goes on a quest to find the son who would become «the greatest and noblest personage of his time.»
