Further remarks on the policy of lending Bodleian printed books and manuscripts

English classical scholar, Henry W. Chandler, makes his case against the new policy that backed changing the whole character of the Bodleian Library- a policy to convert it from a library of reference into a library of circulation. He regards this as a step towards the destruction of this esteemed library and claims that whoever supports the evil policy has no solid reason to back it up. The Bodleian Law Library is an academic library in Oxford, England. It is part of Oxford University and is also the library of the Faculty of Law.
