– In my opinion, operational command is really the best now. And there are a number of reasons for this. First, it is based on the brigades of the former 8th Army Corps. These are the most combat-ready brigades at the time of the start of hostilities in eastern Ukraine. They were the best prepared, equipped and took the first blow of the war. And they are in operational command.

I treat other units with respect as well, every soldier is an individual for me. But I can say that OK «Pivnich» was lucky with people, and, accordingly, with parts. From scratch, so to speak, it was possible to create such a powerful association only when people gave their all, both in the OK and in parts.

Everything here is quite simple, I would say typical. At least for the military. He was born in Novohrad-Volynskyi and grew up in the garrison, among the military. And, of course, he dreamed of becoming a soldier. I have a lot of ties to Chernihiv, because my mother is from here. I knew him since childhood and never thought that I would find myself in this wonderful city again.

Graduated from the combined military faculty of the Odessa Institute of Ground Forces… Combatant, training at the academy, chief of staff of a separate mechanized brigade, brigade commander, operational and strategic faculty.

Married. I have two daughters. The older one is a soldier, serving in the Kyiv garrison, the younger one is studying in Odesa, dreams of becoming a doctor. The wife still works in Kyiv, but plans to move to Chernihiv.
