The Boys of Columbia High on the Ice

Two young schoolboys, Lanky and Frank, at Columbia High are having a conversation during the icy winter. Lanky is the proud owner of an ice boat and wants Frank to go for a ride with him on the frozen river. Unfortunately, Frank has to take a message to another school and is wearing his ice skates ready to go there. He changes his mind when Lanky says he will get there more quickly in the boat.
