The Mystery of Edwin Drood

"The Mystery of Edwin Drood" is the final novel by Charles Dickens, which was left unfinished. Even though the name suggests the principal personage is Edwin Drood, most of the plot centers on other characters, such as Drood's uncle, John Jasper, and Rosa Bud, Edwin Drood's fiancée, Neville Landless, the high-spirited and hot-tempered Drood's antagonist. The characters get drawn into a very complex chain of events, starting from the mysterious disappearance of Edwin Drood.
