German-Oriental love – are you serious?

German women and Middle Eastern partners – it's becoming increasingly common. How does it work, given all the negative headlines coming out of the Middle East and the huge cultural differences? The author, a doctor by profession, comes from such a marriage himself and has lived in both cultures. He has also observed such partnerships closely over the past 20 years.
