The Art of Aikido: Theory and Practice. Manual for instructors

The guide is divided into two parts: 1) theoretical aspects of aikido 2) practical aspects. Particular attention is paid to the psychological component of the organization of training. The authors pay considerable attention to the history of the origin and development of aikido and its philosophical foundations. A separate part of the manual is devoted to the methods of organizing and conducting trainings. The book may be intrested to instructors who teach aikido and those who practice this art.
