In it, Jackson stated, «Our country has grown and evolved beyond any prior example in the history of countries.» As in his parting address, Washington warned of the risks of sexism, saying, «This Unity must be preserved in the face of every danger and sacrifice… What do division and struggle accomplish?» Discusses the differences between state and federal rights.
