Our current educational system was designed during the Industrial Revolution to produce obedient factory workers. It heavily prioritizes rote memorization—forcing children to cram dates, formulas, and facts into their short-term memory, only to regurgitate them on a standardized test and immediately forget them.

This model is fundamentally broken for the modern world. We are preparing students for a reality where every fact is instantly searchable, but where complex, undefined problems are the norm.
