Incredible Adventures

"Incredible Adventures" is a collection of five novellas by Algernon Blackwood. The novellas share a common theme: losing our spiritual nature and efforts to return to the basics. Each story has a different plot. «The Regeneration of Lord Ernie,» tells about a professor who suddenly found a strange cult in the mountains of France that worships the elemental forces of air and fire. «The Damned» tells about adventures in a haunted house. Some stories are horrors. Yet, each evokes the desire to study the mysterious forces of nature and our spirit.
