Issues with iOS Read in-app purchases

Sometimes our users face a problem with iOS in-app purchases. They receive a payment confirmation but the books iare not added to their My books in the mobile app. The problem is very rare but we use our best endeavors to provide first-line support and compensation for those who faced the problem.

If you are one of these customers:
  1. Find in your mailbox (which is your Apple ID) a confirmation of funds withdrawal for the purchase you have not received.
  2. Resend the payment confirmation to the support address help@litres.com and specifically provide your username in the application (the username is available in the section "Settings" -> "Account").
  3. Indicate the title and the author of the book which you failed to purchase.
  4. We will add a book and you will be able to read it very soon
